I introduced the letter Q for Quail and we had fun reading the book
Giggle, Giggle, Quack. Our craft this week was making quilted Q's with tissue paper squares and glue sticks and then we found out who likes quesadillas and who doesn't. The kids love being able to each have a turn telling their classmates about what makes them special.
The letter R for Rabbit was introduced this week as well so we read about Ralphy Rabbit: the book burglar, made valentine R's and discovered who had an R in their name.
