January Week 2 - The Letter O

Talk about a beautiful few days to get outside! The sun came out and the coats came off for these Coastie kids! The kids enjoyed some fresh air as well as the fresh new bark chips! The kids loved not being cooped up inside.

This week, I introduced the letter O for Olive Octopus then read the story Oscar’s Starry Night. Afterward we glued white tissue squares to make an O before heading back outside!

Later in the week, we read the story I Ain't Gonna Paint No More  and discovered everyone's favorite color before painting pictures that are currently hanging in the classroom!
